“The past 21 days have been amazing. What I THOUGHT I was going to work on is absolutely not what I needed to work on (🤣😂🤣) and the daily affirmation and meditation is what helped me find clarity and achieve what had to be done first. NOW I’m ready to take on the thing I thought I was setting out to do 21 days ago and am really looking forward to the next course I’ve enrolled in (Launching Your Spiritual Enterprise - YAY!).
Watching the affirmation video and going over the recommended action steps took just a few minutes each morning, completely robbing me of all of my “good excuses” to procrastinate. Even if I didn’t have time to meditate and plan my day RIGHT AWAY, listening first thing in the morning had me starting the day with a positive mindset. I also found I was more apt to take 1 or 2 steps each day, no matter how “small” they felt, when I spent my first 5 or 10 minutes each day being reminded of my goals. That evolved into a lot of half-finished projects getting finished, so I am ready to start summer with a clean slate to create on. I already have a reminder in my calendar to start again 21 days before the equinox 🍂!
If you're feeling a little stuck or stagnant and need some motivation to get over a hump, this course would be great absolutely ANY time. ”
